The hotel had a chic and brand new design, making it feel top-class and luxurious. The staff were friendly and informative, providing excellent recommendations. The location was perfect, with access to sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.
The hotel lacked a visible sign outside the building, making it hard to find. the room I initially received was different from what I had reserved, but they were accommodating and eventually moved me to the correct room.

the room was equipped with exclusive features that added comfort and convenience to our experience, such as an espresso machine and private facilities.
Although this venue had many positives, it had one minor downside. the signage off the street could have been larger to make it easier to find.

We had a fantastic stay at a clean and modern hotel. The location was perfect, in a super central area close to all main Porto sites. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous with all the amenities. We were delighted to find complimentary port wine in the room. The attention to detail and little extras made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool area was small and lacking sunlight for those looking to relax and soak up the sun.

The hotel was in a super central area, close to all the interesting sites in the historical center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good.

Fantastic retro design with modern facilities. Great location close to metro and railway stations. Friendly and helpful staff.
Underwhelming pool area, limited room service menu, issue with the TV's chrome cast, unclear signage to the entrance.

Centrally located hotel with relaxed vibe, attentive staff, and quirky, well-decorated rooms. Great breakfast options and an amazing cocktail bar. Pool available but didn't use it. a high-end, comfortable stay.
